All prices are based on 7 days.
For rentals of fewer days, divide the weekly amount by 5 and multiply by the number of days required.
Any start day is possible.
Minimum let 3 days.

If you book for a fortnight, 2nd week is 20% off.

School holiday weeks priced in the month they occur – no supplement.

Prices are based on up to 4 people. There may be additional charges for extra bedding, cleaning and laundry above this number but the final price will be confirmed at time of booking. Any changes to the booking will result in a charge.

There are no additional costs, assuming that the deposit is fully refundable.
